## Description

## Ingredients
– 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 2 tbsp cream cheese
– 3/4 cup almond flour
– 1 large egg
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)
– 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

## Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese.
3. Microwave for 60-90 seconds, stirring halfway, until melted.
4. Stir in almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
5. Knead briefly with wet hands until smooth.
6. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
7. Roll into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
8. Transfer to prepared baking sheet (remove top parchment).
9. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
10. Mix melted butter with garlic if using and brush on top.
