Homemade electrolyte drink to prevent keto flu and stay hydrated. Sugar-free and refreshing!

## Ingredients
– 2 cups water (still or sparkling)
– 1/4 tsp sea salt (or Himalayan pink salt)
– 1/4 tsp potassium chloride (NoSalt or similar)
– 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
– 1 tbsp lime juice
– 5-10 drops liquid stevia
– Ice cubes
– Fresh mint leaves (optional)
– Lemon slices for garnish

## Instructions
1. Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
2. Add water (still or sparkling).
3. Stir in sea salt and potassium chloride until dissolved.
4. Add lemon and lime juice.
5. Add stevia to taste.
6. Stir well to combine.
7. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.
8. Drink throughout the day, especially during keto adaptation.
