## Description

## Ingredients
– 2 cups almond flour, super fine
– 5 large eggs
– 1/4 cup butter, melted
– 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
– 1 tbsp baking powder
– 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
– 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder (for better texture)

## Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, psyllium husk, salt, and sweetener.
3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, melted butter, cream cheese, and apple cider vinegar.
4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
5. Let batter rest for 5 minutes to thicken.
6. Pour into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
9. Let cool completely before slicing.
