– 2 tbsp taco seasoning (sugar-free)
– 1/4 cup water
– 2 cups lettuce, shredded
– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1 avocado, diced
– 1/4 cup salsa (sugar-free)
– 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
– 1 lime, cut into wedges
– 1 tbsp olive oil

## Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, for 6-8 minutes until browned.
3. Drain excess fat if needed.
4. Add taco seasoning and water. Stir to combine.
5. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
