## Description
All the flavors of a breakfast burrito in a bowl! No tortilla needed, just delicious keto ingredients.

## Ingredients
– 4 large eggs, scrambled
– 4 oz chorizo or breakfast sausage
– 1/2 avocado, sliced
– 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 tbsp sour cream
– 1/4 cup salsa (sugar-free)
– 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
– 1 green onion, sliced
– 1 tbsp butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Hot sauce (optional)

## Instructions
1. Cook chorizo or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
2. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat.
4. Add beaten eggs and scramble until just set, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Divide scrambled eggs between two bowls.
6. Top with cooked chorizo, shredded cheese, and avocado slices.
7. Add sour cream and salsa.
8. Garnish with cilantro and green onion.
9. Add hot sauce if desired.
