## Ingredients
– 3 cups raw almonds
– 1 large egg white
– 1/4 cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– Pinch of salt
– 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
## Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk egg white until frothy.
