– 1 large egg
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp baking soda

– 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
– 1 tbsp coconut flour (optional, for texture)
## Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sweetener until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, salt, and coconut flour.
5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Scoop dough into 18 balls (about 1 tbsp each) and place on baking sheet.
8. Flatten slightly with your hand or a fork.
