## Description
All the delicious flavors of an egg roll without the wrapper! This deconstructed version is quick, easy, and keto-friendly.
## Ingredients
– 1 lb ground pork (or ground turkey)
– 1 bag (14 oz) coleslaw mix
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp ginger, minced
– 3 tbsp coconut aminos
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
– 2 green onions, sliced
– 1 tbsp sesame seeds
## Instructions
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it up, for 5-6 minutes until browned.
3. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Add coleslaw mix and stir to combine.
5. Pour in coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
6. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is wilted but still crisp.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning.
8. Serve topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
