## Description

## Ingredients
– 2 cups parmesan cheese, freshly grated (or pre-grated)
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
– 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
– Black pepper to taste

## Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place 2 tbsp mounds of parmesan cheese on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
3. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon.
4. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper if desired.
5. Bake for 5-7 minutes until edges are golden brown.
6. Let cool on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
7. Carefully transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
